Alise Pharma reserves the right to limit order quantities, refuse any order, or cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred. If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will be refunded in full.

Products are intended for personal use only. Resale of Products purchased from this Website is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance - acceptance occurs when the Products are dispatched.

You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Alise Pharma is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are eligible for same-day dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Alise Pharma is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Alise Pharma is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.

Due to the nature of our Products (health supplements, peptides, and cosmetic items), we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed Products within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@alisepharma.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Products that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of any damage.
